I will inform you in
advance if I am temporarily unable to provide child care because of illness
or emergency. I recommend that parent’s have their own child care back-up.

I will notify you if
your child becomes ill during the day. I will ask you to come and pick up
your child as soon as possible, in the event your child becomes ill in care.

I also reserve the
right to refuse care for a child that is obviously ill for the protection of
other children in my home, my family, and myself.

serious you will be notified immediately.

In case of an
emergency situation, 911 will be contacted first; you will then be contacted

I will record all
payments made for child care in a write receipt. Each family is responsible
to keeping track of each receipt given.

influence of drugs or alcohol, I will refuse to release the child to them
and the police will be notified immediately.
-
I assure you that I
will give your child(ren) attention, affection and an educational
environment in order for them to grow happy and healthy during the time that
he/she is at my home daycare.
